I spent a lot of time completing a very large offer for rewarded play. All the smaller rewards leading up to it were automatically paid out without issue. I submitted a ticket 3 months ago with clear screenshots showing the completion and just received rejection emails. It is over 300,000 coin that they are withholding from me. They will cheat you when it comes to large rewards.

This app was something I barely used during the free trial. So when they charged my card without even a reminder to cancel the subscription I was a little upset. I reached out to. customer service, who responded first by telling me they couldn't find my account with the email I had used to reach out to them. So I gave them the correct one and then they thanked me and told me "happy mining." they did nothing to fix the charge on my card, the app is dumb, and their customer service is terrible.
