GIGGO app provides users seamless shipment creation from the comfort of their homes and offices, eliminating the need to endlessly wait at pickup locations for their items to be dispatched. Once a request is made, the app locates a delivery partner nearest to the request and allocates the delivery request for pickup.

GIGGO app allows you to track the delivery partner on his way to pick up your shipment, ship multiple items to the same location and monitor the status of each delivery.

Ratings and reviews

Android version review: Parcel delivery & tracking works. Payment is fine when you add funds to the mobile wallet. The bike icon stays on perpetually so you will need to close the app (this was very annoying, I wasn't sure my delivery setup was complete). It is difficult to correct your contact number. Caution when using wallet for utility payments, you may not get a receipt when making a utility payment if the App freezes. I lost 1,500 andChat support doesn't seem to work.

You have to handle the tracking section text state well. If I'm typing a tracking number and switching between apps to get the number, the text will be cleared automatically. This is sooo annoying. If I don't copy and paste and use it there, JT doesn't work.

Can't find any reason why I should wast storage on my device installing this App when the web version can do virtually same thing and more. The consistent promoting to create wallet PIN is not only annoying but also insulting, am I that dumb that I don't know if I need a wallet or not. If am looking for a reason to uninstall this App, this would've been enough reason. Please, ask once and save my response.
