Once a request is made, the app locates a delivery partner nearest to the request and allocates the delivery request for pickup.

The app keeps crashing anytime I want to fund account, I have uninstalled and reinstalled it's still the same thing, I have tried creating pick up and deliver but when it gets to fund account it will close down, this has been going on since last month, I have gone to your service station to complain but they couldn't proffer solution, I don't know what else to do.

This experience using the app isn't worthwhile, the customer service is ZERO!!! I ordered a driver and for over an hour he didn't show up after accepting the offer, tracking his location he never moved from where he was and I couldn't cancel the order. Calling customer service was another stress after the call dropped the first two times it didn't go through again and once it gets to the point where they ask for the waybill number the call "mysteriouly" drops. No refund, no cancelation

I have no way to view my previous transaction that have been made over a year via the app. The app history doesn't go that far which is bad. If I have sent an item to someone before, why do I have to impute the person 's details again? Why can't I just search for the transaction and just recreate it at that instance. Many things have to be fixed and updated in this app
