Good delivery service within Lagos, however 1) you need to allow pickup have it's own number too, not the default number set, at times one may want to order on behalf of another person and there is no phone number option. 2) the gokada map is not adequate, a lot of times some location will not show up and we can't input it manually, I have to choose the closest location

its been a very poor experience on the App lately. One can't even complete a delivery order. The "confirm" is hidden and inaccessible. I initially thought it was my phone, I attempted an order on another phone, but still same issue. Get it fixed.

Non responsive to input. Needs to be really worked on especially for delivery business. The app is requesting for category of package to be delivered but for over 30 min no option shows up on the interface or template. Takes longer time to show delivery location on the map too.
