Fraud!!! This app used to work originally, after the updates, I tried to make a payment, I got insufficient funds notice, my balance indicated that I had more than the amount I was making payment for, I reached out to customer service on the app, rather than resolve the issue, they asked me to top up on my balance. After that, they debited my account to a negative. The app terms states there'll be $0 charges for top up but they charge $1 + 2% of the total amount for top up. Fraud!!!

if it's possible to give less than one star with review I would do so , this app is a scam . They said they are doing a promo where you will get cheaper data at cheaper rates which made me deposit, when the day of the promo came I proceed immediately but it kept giving different excuse where there were many units left . Now my money is there waiting to be used to a more expensive data

why can't I transfer money from it to my bank account if it's not possible why'd you put it as a selection make it possible for me to transfer to my bank account instead of saying this feature will soon be available because it doesn't make sense if the feature isn't available why trick and deceive people to transfer money into it without transferring out to their bank accounts fix the issue immediately it's important and dire
