Fraud!!! This app used to work originally, after the updates, I tried to make a payment, I got insufficient funds notice, my balance indicated that I had more than the amount I was making payment for, I reached out to customer service on the app, rather than resolve the issue, they asked me to top up on my balance. After that, they debited my account to a negative. The app terms states there'll be $0 charges for top up but they charge $1 + 2% of the total amount for top up. Fraud!!!

They won't credit your data and when you contact them, the customer agent would say they did. Very terrible. The bad reviews are higher than the paid good ones. That shows you it is a bad business. @Zedapp, don't even try to tell me to contact your support because you people hide under 'contact support but nothing happens when you are contacted just a way to buy time and look like you truly care and then lure other people into this scam of app.

Good morning, Zed Community. I do much appreciate your work and services, but please, you should really work on rates, the 1$ fee, and 2% charges you're adding it's really frightening sometimes. Thank you. Hello also me again, please help us reconcile on the funding rate and the withdrawal rate. The difference is higher than other competitive companies. I do much like using your platform than others but the conversion rate is much between the funding and withdrawal from the card.
