About this app

Roznamcha is a diary of daily incidents maintained by the Village Revenue Officers under executive instructions issued from time to time. VRO makes an entry for each day mentioning briefly about the incidents happened in his area. All reports submitted by revenue officers relating to any event or activities travel from VRO to the upper offices. Most of the planning and decisions are taken on the basis of these reports. The reports submitted by VRO is based on the Roznamcha entries done by him.
In District Mandi , Himachal Pradesh, an application named eRoznamcha is being used to enter the Daily Diary online. The application records all major activities or events happened in the Patwar circle area (VRO being looking after a Patwar Circle).
mRoznamcha app is a dashboard representation of the data entered by the VROs in eRoznamcha Application. On initial login the app shows the summary of important incidents, estimated loss, Loss of life, Interim Relief Distributed, Mutations Entered, Demarcations done, High or Medium Rainfall and Nakals issued in las 24 hours in the area of the user.
The option for selecting a date range is available to the user to widen the scope of the summary. All Users from Sub Division to the District Level have the option to select a particular Tehsil to see the summary for that Tehsil. The user can also see the Roznamcha Register for a particular patwar circle under his jurisdiction. The User also have the option of updating his profile in the application.
