I contacted them at 5 in the morning to modify my train ticket: they sent me a new ticket. 6 hours later the new ticket was cancelled and back to the initial time as it was already sold out (despite the fact that at 5am seats were available at the time of my request). I couldn't book a flight as tickets were sold out. They contacted me again stating that I hadn't confirmed. Too bad I have proof, including my bank statement showing the additional fees for the ticket modification.

RailNinja charged me more than double the actual ticket price, without clearly showing how much the base fare and how much their own fee was. The lack of a transparent cost breakdown made the whole process feel misleading. Support offered a voucher, but I declined, I don’t feel comfortable booking again through a platform where I can’t see what I’m really paying for and where I discover afterwards that their markup was more than 100%! Book directly through the provider and avoid Railninja.

Booked a ticket for a high-speed train from Milan to Venice. Rail Ninja initially just took my money ($260) and didn't buy the ticket. Then they gave me the option to switch to a different high-speed train for $30 more, but they put me on the wrong train in the wrong seating class. They charged me $290 for an economy ticket on a slow local train that costs $32 and refuse to refund anything or book the correct train because the ticket they booked incorrectly had already been sent out.
