In short, do not download this app. It is unreliable, the staff taking questions are not helpful and you will certainly not get the best result. In this case after using this app I realised that I would have been better off simply going to the station and winging it. I payed full price for a decent seat only to end up being marked down to one of the worst seats possible without any suggestion of compensation for the change in quality meaning you will pay a lot of money for a terrible experience

BEWARE this company charges large fees, nearly double the train/transit fee. You're better off using a local app or buying at the station itself, or even online at the official transit website. I demand a ticket refunded as I saw the ticket price and bought a ticket at the station as well as on the app. I refuse to give this company money. Their app is NOT user friendly either. Login links throw you for a loop as well. Horrible experience.

Obscenely overcharge for train tickets!!! Bullet train from Busan to Seoul bought same day on the station costs ₩59,800 so around £39 and the app charged me £59. Wish I checked it myself beforehand!!! Total waste of money, you've been warned.
