Terrible app, makes you go to their website anyway. Additionally this is an extremely bad company with very very rude customer service, & all communication is only in Dutch... If you can't read or speak fluent Dutch ..... Good luck!

Erg jammer om te horen dat je niet tevreden bent met onze service. Onze medewerkers spreken en antwoorden in het Engels. Onze website en app kan in het Engels gezet woorden.

Very unintuitive. App loses internet connection when switching to another app on the phone and back. Been trying to add my account data to receive a reimbursement for 15 minutes, can't find where. Found it on the website but get an "onbekende fout" :') Chatbot is not really a chatbot, just a bunch of buttons in a chat. At least there's an English translation.
