I'm giving a two start rating due to one major problem only. It's been a few months since I can no longer log in using the mobile app. After authenticating on DigiD, which then redirects me back to the ZilverenKruis app, it keeps trying to log in but never succeeds, the page shows a button that's loading and that's the end. I've tried waiting for 15 minutes, but still doesn't log in.I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and I get the same problem.I couldn't find technical help online

Being a healthcare app, making updates mandatory is not ideal. In case of emergency, I opened the app and the first thing it asks me to do is update the app. It's irritating. I would suggest to make the changes with older versions of app. After updating the app, the feature I wanted doesn't work. I wanted to use chat and it says "Chat temporary unavailable"

Just poor UX. You are forced to install app in Dutch, and you can't get the same functionality from web PS And yes, no reason to change language to English as soon as most of pages are in Dutch. I'd prefer to use translation embedded in browser

Hi Mikhail, there's an option to change the language in the app to English. Click on the 'person' icon on the top right of the screen. Then pick 'app-instellingen.' The option to change the language is on the follow-up screen from there.
