- Koppel uw apparaat aan uw DigiD-gegevens en log veilig in met uw persoonlijke toegangscode.
- Maak een foto van uw nota of upload deze vanaf uw telefoon. Stuur daarna de nota gelijk op.
- Binnen 3 werkdagen staat het geld op uw rekening.

Android app only works after installing and activation. Thereafter it keeps loading and not displaying information. Have to uninstall and re-install and activate everytime I need to use it. Then it works for the 1st login only. Then redo the process over every time you want to work with it. Please sort this out. This is very frustrating and unacceptable.

Endless loading screens! How hard is it to release working software? Test before releasing please and have your API's perform. Clear Cache and Clear Data. Start app and activate with Digid. (no need for phone reatart). This did the trick. As the app was login in and page loadings were failing no indication for these actions. This was more like that the backends were failing. Updates should not cause this behavior.

I agree it should work after an update. Could you please try the following? Delete the app, restart your phone, reinstall the app, but don't activate it yet with DigiD, restart your phone and activate the app. Please contact us if you keep having problems with the app: https://www.zilverenkruis.nl/en/consumenten/contact

Terribly slow App. Takes ages to upload pages. I rather go online again than using this chappy App. As if Zilveren Kruis can't afford to produce something better! PS yes that's even after updating it!

Ik wil je adviseren de app opnieuw te instaleren. Verwijderde app. Zet je telefoon voor 1 minuut uit en installeer de app opnieuw.
