About this app

Crime should not pay! For years, more attention has been paid to confiscation within the investigation and the Public Prosecution Service. On the hunt for criminal assets, they work closely with other government organizations. The credo here is: It doesn't matter who takes the criminal money, as long as it is taken.

The Afpak app has been developed to remove or take away the unlawfully obtained advantage from the offender within the framework of legal redress. In the first instance, this app supports the selection process for the use of the right take-off instrument, because theoretically there are quite a few possibilities to undo that advantage.
With the help of this app, all possible confiscation instruments within the jurisdictions of criminal law, civil law, administrative law and disciplinary law are made clear in a simple manner.

In addition, the app promotes asset tracking by quickly drawing attention to it with a direct reference to sources. The app indicates the most common options for confiscation within the four areas of law: Criminal law, civil law, administrative law including tax law and disciplinary law. All this means that the question of who has benefited from the criminal offense and where the benefit has gone is rightly addressed, both at the start and during the investigation.

The Afpakapp can also provide support in the correct attachment of traced assets and which further formalities are required for this.
