Just health insurance app
Invoice advanced from a healthcare provider? Declare your costs in a few simple steps. And do you want to make use of the reimbursement for physiotherapy or oral care from the Just Live or Just Smile supplementary insurance policies? First report your accident in the app. Need more information about your health insurance or healthcare consumption? Find the answer in the app! With your mobile phone, wherever and whenever you want.

• You log in securely with your DigiD app so that your personal data is always well protected.
• Easy declaration: take a photo, send it and you're done. We do the rest.
• Access to all your invoices from the past two years; whether they are submitted by you or a healthcare provider!
• View your health insurance policy
• Check the current status of your deductible
• View in the app how you are insured for the most viewed reimbursements. For example, for physio or alternative care

Ratings and reviews

An app and a system that relies on the user to do much of the work that could be automated. Payments required are listed in PDFs & on the website, not in the app. Payment details (including a 16 figure ref) have to be manually copied from the PDF and put into your bank transfer detail. All of this is easily automated - but CZ doesn't do this. The app is only available in Dutch - even though it would not take much to provide an option to see menu items and data descriptions in other languages

Reported July 2021 about problems logging in with DigiD. They replied that they would at least add a proper error message. A year later this is still/again an issue. Browsers are not too blame (got 3 and European login DOES open a browser). In-app error message is STILL absent. If it IS related to root detection from their "Onegini" provider: stop being stupid, everyone has access to root permissions on their desktop and that's never been an issue.

A bit confusing animated/complicated UI for something that should Just work. Does what it's supposed to though!

We hebben meer verbeteringen doorgevoerd op het gebied van toegankelijkheid, die ervoor zorgen dat de app beter werkt met een screenreader.
We hebben diverse andere technische verbeteringen doorgevoerd en bugs opgelost.
