Need more information about your health insurance or healthcare consumption? Find the answer in the app! With your mobile phone, wherever and whenever you want.

• You log in securely with your DigiD app so that your personal data is always well protected.
• Easy declaration: take a photo, send it and you're done. We do the rest.
• Access to all your invoices from the past two years; whether they are submitted by you or a healthcare provider!
• View your health insurance policy
• Check the current status of your deductible
• View in the app how you are insured for the most viewed reimbursements. For example, for physio or alternative care

It is unfortunately difficult to use for me because there is no English language option in this app. Not an inclusive design.

was great but unfortunately now i can't seem to log in. it takes me to DigiD app then auto back to CZ and won't let me log in

After login with Digid it asks me to login again. Tried cleaning data/cache and reinstalling the app to no success. My Digid app works fine, so the problem must be this app. Tried to call customer service: half an hour waiting time. Nevermind, I will do it from the web service. Also: it sucks that it's only in Dutch.
