After login with Digid it asks me to login again. Tried cleaning data/cache and reinstalling the app to no success. My Digid app works fine, so the problem must be this app. Tried to call customer service: half an hour waiting time. Nevermind, I will do it from the web service. Also: it sucks that it's only in Dutch.

Doesn't work, like, at all. I'm running into a login loop using Digid. Firefox is installed and used, and the Digid app is installed and used. I'm not getting any message telling me there was a failure of any kind. My Digid works fine; I can login on the website using the app.. No, don't advise me to install Chrome, I will never ever use it; I see multiple people having issues, so just make things work. Uninstalling..

Our apologies for this inconvenience. Firefox should work fine, so you don't need to install Chrome. Have you reïnstalled the app and cleared your cache and temporary internet files? Otherwise, check the DigiD FAQ (https://www.digid.nl/en/help/error-notifications) or contact us (088 555 7777 of https://www.cz.nl/service-en-contact/stuur-uw-vraag).

You should know that you have international nationals customers also. Why can't you give English language option. If you can include English, I can use your mobile app better. Because your app doesn't allow screenshots which I could translate. I have to use desktop version so it automatically translates. Please think about it

Dear Prasad, thank you for your feedback. We understand that an English language option would help international users. Screenshots can't be taken due to the protection of (medical) personal data. We would like to implement an English version in the future, but don't know when this will be possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding
