Ratings and reviews

I might increase my rating later on but for now, it's highly disappointing that I cannot choose my language as English. I'm resident in Portugal but I am forced to read everything in Portuguese and I submitted everything accordingly. Now I'm not sure if i accidentally selected something instead of something else during the sign up and documentation process. But you definitely need to add English as an optional language no matter what the country. If this continues, I'll uninstall.

For a company that probably is handling a lot of money from customer it's shocking how bad their app and website platform is. Want to change the language or change password, or add further security like 2FV. Well, it's impossible to find. It is incredibly unintuitive app and the website is no better. I'm have no confidence that this platform is protected enough to handle my money!

No image preview when scanning passport - the clown who invented the ID capture process belongs in a circus! On Android 13 (Samsung), you are asked to scan at 2 different angles at the 'right' capture distance, which you have to guess as their scanning app turns off the camera photo preview. After wasting 10 mins, I'm going to a broker who charges higher commission but knows how to create an app that allows people to sign up - glad to have been spared from technical horrors whilst trading!
