Um...the stats aren't right... Everything takes longer to achieve than every other (good) non-smoking app, as well as commom facts. Like, heart rate & blood pressure, only takes 20 minutes to return to normal and it only takes 72 hours to get nicotine out of your system. So I find the integrity of this app questionable.
No Future Dates Today is my fifth day taking Chantex, so I have a future quit date. This app doesn't allow the input of future quit smoking dates. I could use extra motivation to help me on the future date set. Disappointing.
It's ok. It works I haven't smoked in 14 days. It give goals which are cool. I don't like the fact the option to share on Facebook was not working ever so I couldn't post my progress to face book. Big let down if u can't show ur progress to friends and fam.
Love it.. but... I think it needs more achievements to unlock. Because I do so great having the notifications come up on my phone, and the next achievement is only at 25%.. so without the reminders, I think that it's okay to have just one cigarette.
It has helped me so much only 6 days in but every time I want a cig really bad I think about this app and it shows me how far I've come and I don't want to ruin it. Great job on the app!
Maybe de Pro Version is better But the free version is very limited, doesn't give out any useful info, and the "coach's" advice is either very feeble or just plain brings you down. It doesn't do anything more than count the days after the first few weeks. Hated it.
