When i try to turn on or off the main Wi-Fi is not working, i cannot see the button, only for Guest is working and extra Wi-Fi options! maybe can be fixed with an update? thank you sow much!

Goeiemiddag David, de hoofd wifi functie is inderdaad niet via de app uit te zetten, dan kan wel met de knop op het modem zelf. Via ouderlijk toezicht kun je wifi wel op bepaalde tijdstippen uitzetten: https://www.kpn.com/service/ugs/ouderlijk-toezicht

Just use chat GPT as a chat bot, probably will perform better than your actual chat bot. I find it really difficult to cancel my subscription, for sure it's made that way. Why do I need to answer 100 questions and schedule a phone appointment to cancel a subscription? Very embarrassing from your side. Is difficult, especially for elderly people who are struggling with the techonology.

We’re working hard to update the old MijnKPN pages. We’re doing this step by step. But we haven’t got to that page yet. So for now, you can only view it in the app.
