2. Log in with your KPN ID or create a KPN ID
3. Add your subscription(s) to your account

Ratings and reviews

App has bugs. Can only use combivoordeel if you have a household. Househord can only be made dn the app, not on the website. In the app the buttons to add abonnements to your household don't work... think the button said ''doorgaan naar jou overzicht'' tried reinstalling the app, but it just doesn't do anything.

The app was not sufficient in helping with the lack of internet - it just provided information that no connection with the router could be established by KPN. It turned out to be a hardware problem with the router- it was solved very quickly by getting a new one at the KPN shop. Please include this as a suggestion, the option to book a call after 1-2 days is funny.
