This app uses scripture and all the right words to seem Biblical but every session (3) he says something that makes me uncomfortable. Like we are just using Biblical meditation because it gives us what we want and not because God is the creator and we should meditate on His word. "Biblical meditation will give you the desires of your heart", "God needed someone to say yes to come help" are just 2 statements that made my spirit churn with conviction. Just be vigilant. Jesus is our purpose.

So calming and relaxing for me. I have adhd and it can get too extreme for me with all the symptoms that it comes with. Despite I have medicine for it, the medicine don't fully help it so this app is taking care of the rest of my needs. I work in retail as a cashier so you can imagine the stress and anxiety I get from it and sometimes other symptoms try to arise. Thank you devs. God bless you.
