Ratings and reviews

Marktplaats is a very useful platform for buying and selling used items, but the review system has serious problems. When you buy a broken product or get cheated, you leave a one-star review. However, because the system is not secret, the seller immediately knows and gives you a bad review back. Other users only see that you have a bad review, not the real story. You lose your money and your profile gets damaged just for telling the truth. Unfortunately, this unfair system has not changed.

Every month there's some new feature, making the app less and less user friendly. Now I can't choose shipping options through the "betaalverzoek".(edit: I also can't see/opt what the buyer pays for shipping.) I also miss seeing my favorites in a list...why change something that's working well? The app is getting too controlled and impersonal unfortunately.

Good app. But there are many improvement points 1) when I click on the send message button, i cannot the see the provisous messages that i sent about the same ad. So sometimes i send messages twice unintentionally. Or i send a message asking about sth which i already asked fo the seller. Another option would be to remind me if I messaged about that app before. The rest doesn't fit here. So maybe you can give me an email address about my suggestions
