Notifications are a mess. Most of the times notificationa come in late, if they come through at all. And then the unwanted notifications that try us to use the app, just stop that! Nobody wants that! Uninstalled until these things are fixed, because the app is already barely worth it because of the amount of bidders that aren't serious, the scammers, ads (promoted ads) and the amount of webshops that should not even be here to begin with.

App is mwhoah, it navigates quite poorly and it still saves photos made in the app seperately on your phone. But it serves it purpose just like it does on the computer. Edit: it's currently running on technical issues but there's no communication to be found by marktplaats, as a consumer i'd preffer transparacy

Many fundamental things are broken in the app and it's worsening (Berichten don't arrive until you explicitly go into Berichten and wait for the app to load new ones, searches break often leading to showing no results, and there is no end to the refresh problems such as deleted ads not going away, changes made to ads not being reflected immediately, etc). Then there is the overload of commercial ads and useless Meldingen you can't get rid of. Seems they hired Picobello BV to run Marktplaats

Thanks for using Marktplaats! We've made a number of improvements in this update. Some you'll notice, while others are technical in nature. We'll not bore you with with too many details, suffice to say that you can look forward to a better trading experience.
