half of the app is not translated. half of the contents have to be seen in an external browser. the chatbot does not work, the link only takes you to the Klantenservice, where you cannot contact the bot anyway. if you call, another bot takes the call, you have to say what you want in Dutch, there is no english option. such a mess...

Much easier than using the website. I should've switched to the app a long time ago. Love it! In response to dev question: the website just needs more steps. First you need to get the photo of the bill on your laptop, then you need your phone again to use digid, then you need to select for whom the bill is (there's only one option, me). You upload the photo of the bill, and the app shows you immediately if it looks okay but on the site you have to download it again. On the app, it's 3 steps.

I have been unable to use this app for two months or more!! No matter what I try I am unable to log in through DigID even though no significant change has happened to my phone. I always get the same generic message that "it didnt go well/het ging niet goed" and directs me to DigID even though DigID works fine with any other app or system I've got. My phone also isn't rooted so I have no idea what is wrong. I cannot believe this still isn't fixed! Had I known I'd have changed insurances in Dec.
