Knowing that signal is poor inside some buildings, why would you make a door unlocking app depend on signal? Edit: I don't want an explanation thank you, I would like to be able to let myself in to the office when I have poor or no 4G signal. If I don't keep my phone unlocked then when the app regains focus it hangs whilst it makes a connection. If your navigation stack stayed on the "Digital Key" screen then it would be a much better UX.

A pretty useless app that has delayed me on numerous occasions. Often requires data to work, even after downloading the key, which is useless when you're travelling and have no connection yet. Also, it frequently fails entirely, wasting 10 minutes here and there which makes me miss trains and has knock on delays.

Slow AF. Not happy that we are forced to use this slow and flaky app to open doors. If you have BT headphones conected to the phone, even worse if having a phone call at the same time, its 99% that it won't work from 1st time. Even when it works, it takes ages to transfer key and the lock to open. People usualy use more than one feature of the phone at the same time. Simple tag is much better UX than this app.
