Ratings and reviews

I really like the concept of this app. Used it for years. But there are a few things that became frustrating over time. I don't like the check-in system. In some places I need to check-in first on OneFit (this works well) but other places don't require me to check-in. In recent times I completely forget to check-in when I arrive to such places and then I'm charged a fee even though I was there. On top of this, the app is really slow at startup and the check-in notifications don't open the app 🤷

Concept great, but policy is absolutely ridiculous. I understand that u need to pay a cancelation fee when canceling at the last minute, but 10eu? And why do we lose one class AND have to pay a fee for forgetting to check out on top of paying ur monthly subscription. That sounds like a scam to me. This, on top of the fact that ur not allowed to take the the remaining classes to the next month, like you can with a ClassPass subscription. Are u mad absolutely mad.😂

Workouts often never start, there is lots of technical problems and bugs. Forget customer service, because they'll send you a standard mail saying they really don't care about your repeated multiple problems in the app and on the website. I know which workouts I like and I'll be switching to those providers directly instead of paying to this service, which is super unreliable and unfriendly.
