READ AND CHECK RECEIVED INVOICES
Open a hybrid PDF or supported XML file to see the sender, amounts, VAT treatment, due date and invoice lines. Checks identify missing fields, totals that do not add up and invalid IBAN check digits. Wardory compares an IBAN with earlier invoices you filed for that supplier and flags a change. This is a reason to verify bank details separately, not proof of fraud or a guarantee that an invoice is safe to pay.

YOUR HOURS TO A CLIENT INVOICE
Track time per project or enter hours manually. Hourly rates flow into client invoice lines. Pick an evening, night/weekend or holiday surcharge for an entry; its percentage stays fixed on that entry. Surcharged hours appear as separate invoice lines at their own rate. Export a PDF hours log, including the urencriterium report for direct and indirect hours.

EXPORT THE REQUESTED FORMAT
Save the recipient's chosen format with each client. Export a readable PDF, ZUGFeRD / Factur-X with embedded data, XRechnung in UBL or CII, Peppol BIS. For NLCIUS invoices, enter the Dutch customer's KvK number or OIN and buyer reference in their client details. Wardory creates files locally. Peppol network delivery uses your own provider.

PAID, OPEN, CREDITED
The invoice list shows what clients still owe and which invoices are overdue. A payment reminder in the invoice's language goes out with the PDF through your own mail app. The PDF carries a SEPA payment QR code that banking apps scan. You reverse an issued invoice with a credit note instead of deleting it. For a German tax adviser, export invoices and credit notes as a DATEV Buchungsstapel.

FIND FIELDS TO CORRECT
The free compliance check tests supported EN 16931 and format rules. A finding names the rule, business term and field to fix, such as BR-DE-15 for a missing buyer reference. A clear check does not guarantee acceptance by a recipient or portal. VAT, reverse-charge and small-business settings follow the scheme you select; Wardory does not provide tax advice.

ARCHIVE AND BACKUP
Keep exported and received documents with retention dates and hash links. The integrity check identifies mismatches in the stored chain. It does not guarantee legal retention or replace an independent backup.
On Android, export a verified backup: Wardory reads the file back and compares its decoded records, including the archive. Keep a copy outside the device. No Wardory account is needed.
