When watching movies i always feel like the audio is more important than the picture quality, not having 4k would still be fine as long as the audio was excellent in my opinion. But this service is quite far behind compared to other steaming services on both counts, i would be using this way more if the audio was better, and with 4k, it would be perfect. It is a home cinema app, so all the ingredients for that should be there for a paying audience

After paying good money in order to watch movies i like, i would find myself having to stop and re-start the movie over and over again since the movies would keep getting stuck at various parts trying to load the movie. Very frustrating.

No English subtitles available, that's just embarrassing. The last film I tried to watch had a lot of Chinese spoken, despite the language being listed as only English. It was basically unwatchable for me without subtitles.
