About this app
With the My Newton app you have 24/7 mobile access to your own administration and you can exchange information safely and quickly with your accountant. You will receive useful push notifications when there are promotions for you.
24/7 and anywhere with your own file
In the My Newton app you can view your file at any time and anywhere, view specific documents and possibly save or open them in other apps. Moreover, you can easily share files such as invoices and contracts with your accountant by taking a photo of them or uploading them from your phone.
Approve or reject documents
Approve documents such as tax returns and annual accounts in just a few seconds. These can then be sent directly to, for example, the Tax Authorities or Chamber of Commerce. You will receive a push notification if you can approve a document.
Never forget your password again
After entering the login details and, if necessary, additional verification, choose a personal PIN code or use TouchID (fingerprint) or FaceID (facial recognition) to log in from now on. This way your information is kept safe, but you don't have to remember a password.

In the My Newton app you can see the contact details, including the location on the map to plan the route.
How do I use the app?
If you want to use the My Newton app, you need login details for the customer portal. If you do not have login details yet, please contact your relationship manager.
Important: during activation we ask you whether we can send push notifications. Would you like to receive this for actions required of you? Then make sure you agree to this.
If you have access to multiple entities, for example companies, you can immediately access all the functionality for the different entities after logging in. You may not see or have access to certain parts of the My Newton app. This may depend on the client entity you are viewing and the modules and information available to you.
