Create an account online in advance to use the app.

The planning is central, so you will never forget an appointment again. Link the assignments to relations and employees, and you have immediately compiled the work lists. Have assignments recur on a day, week, month schedule or plan based on week number entry.

Billing
Avoid double administration and save time by linking invoicing to the work performed. The PDF invoice is sent by e-mail within a few steps. VAT shifted & G-account is fully supported for the Dutch and Belgian regulations.
Key points of the billing system:
- Send digital invoice in PDF format.
- Collective invoicing of completed assignments.
- Register amounts to be invoiced per order/object.
- VAT Shifted & G-Account are supported.
- Invoicing to the end customer or to another relation (client).

Notifications & pre-announcements
Sending your customers the pre-announcement has never been easier. As soon as the appointments have been scheduled, the announcements are automatically sent to the customer by e-mail and/or SMS. You can adjust the personal message to your own liking.

Relationship management
You can classify relationships into clients and customers. You can record all necessary contact details for each relation, enter orders, invoices and payments. If you work for a cleaning company, you can adjust the print layout accordingly.

Statistics & reports
Get a grip on the financial situation with the extensive statistics and forecasts. An insight into the realized invoices and expected turnover per relation and work category. The statistics are very detailed and can be requested per year, month, week or day.

Switch to Plan&Was
If you are going to start with Plan&Was, it is possible to transfer your existing customer base. By completing the Excel import document and then importing it, you can immediately enter the planning for your existing relations.
