Had to jump through some hoops to get the app working again after the recent August 12 update. After the update app failed to start ('something went wrong, try again later' message). Uninstalled data and app, had to remove all mobile devices from device registrations using web access on a computer, reinstall the app on the phone and reregister the phone. Finally working again. Not very upgrade friendly...

The app is a disaster for people with a visual impairment. No dark mode, incredibly small font that doesn't scale with android font settings and low contrast on top of that. Clearly not designed with customers with low vision in mind. Same applies to the horrible random reader. Just a high contrast / dark mode and fonts that would scale with android font settings would bring it a long way.

With the new app everything got worse and tons of stuff isn't working. Can't change the payment account for the insurance, noone responding on chat, editing recurring payments dont work, increasing daily limit doesnt work. I've had it with the rabobank and will withdraw everything from them except for the mortgage, for now... There are tons of other banking options available that offer more and better features, higher interest rates and cheaper (or even free) packages. Update:it's even worse now

This update of the Rabo app introduces the new balance widget.
It lets you quickly check the balance of one account, straight from your home screen, without opening the app.
We’re continuing to improve and explore ways to expand the widget.
