Had to jump through some hoops to get the app working again after the recent August 12 update. After the update app failed to start ('something went wrong, try again later' message). Uninstalled data and app, had to remove all mobile devices from device registrations using web access on a computer, reinstall the app on the phone and reregister the phone. Finally working again. Not very upgrade friendly...

The app is a disaster for people with a visual impairment. No dark mode, incredibly small font that doesn't scale with android font settings and low contrast on top of that. Clearly not designed with customers with low vision in mind. Same applies to the horrible random reader. Just a high contrast / dark mode and fonts that would scale with android font settings would bring it a long way.

Android 16, on Wi-Fi and 5g. Activation attempted both via driver's license & scanner. Not possible to activate the app after the smartphone's factory reset. After going through the activation steps activation completion successful and doesn't load anything. If I go back to the app there is a blank screen. If I exit all tabs and open the app it restarts the activation process which again ends in a blank screen. 4 tries, twice uninstalled and installed again, rebooted the phone. Unable to use.

This update of the Rabo app introduces the new balance widget.
It lets you quickly check the balance of one account, straight from your home screen, without opening the app.
We’re continuing to improve and explore ways to expand the widget.
