low Speed Pilot: Research shows that exercise is important. This app encourages people with an increased risk of Parkinson's disease to exercise more. The app measures your steps and heart rate and monitors your progress on your weekly goals. You will be stimulated by a virtual coach.
NOTE: The Slow Speed app is for participants in the Radboudumc research. If you do not participate in this study, you will not be able to use the app.
