About this app

RX Engine is the training app for functional fitness, powerlifting and CrossFit athletes who take their data seriously. No account, no cloud, no ads — your workouts stay on your phone. Log strength, WODs and PRs and track your long-term progress.

Log every strength session with the structure that fits your style:
• SETS — free input per set
• INTERVAL — fixed reps with adjustable rest time
• LADDER — automatically progressing percentage of your 1RM
• BUILD-UP — step by step toward your maximum
The app calculates your estimated 1RM (Epley formula) after every set.

Four workout-type-specific scoring methods:
• AMRAP — score by rounds and bonus reps
• FOR TIME — score by finish time, optional time cap
• EMOM — track each minute, including partial reps
• TABATA — 20s work / 10s rest, score = lowest round
Log classic benchmark workouts like Fran, Cindy and Murph separately in your logbook.
