Used to be great before Woolsocks took over. These people do everything they can to make you believe you can buy free or discounted products but then refuse to accept your receipt or pay them out. They're impossible to contact and if they reply, they reply with a standard useless auto reply. When coming a GDPR request, they simply ignore it thus breaking the law. Go with CashbackXL and Tikkie instead.

Sorry to hear about your experience. That’s definitely not how it should go. We’d like to review what went wrong with your receipt. Please email your details to reviews@scoupy.com so we can look into it and help you personally.

The app was good before, I was even recommending it, but now they disable the automatic cashback. That was the main reason I used it. I've bought gift cards in the past using the app, but I don't need to buy them every 20 days, which is what they want you to do to get the auto cashback. Now you have to spend money to save with this app, it's not worth it any more. Plus now there are 2 apps with the same info which makes it feel suspicious.

Used to work fine, but lately I had a few offers that I entered and got declined because they passed the limit date, though the limit date is announced after the limit date itself. E.g. sent in a receipt on the 6th when the offer is still valid, then get declined on the 7th because the end date was on 5th. But they anounce the 5th on the 7th, so there is no way of knowing that on the 6th since it's also not in their terms&conditions. Edit: after having mail correspondence, they did refund!
