Almost perfect!! Please add the options to input any time for hangs, rest, and recovery periods. Right now the minimum rest time of 15 sec defeats the app entirely. (Can't create workouts with short rests between hangs) and the ability to only select hang times in five second intervals is unecessarily clunky. Give the option for 0 sec to 3 minute at one sec intervals for each selection please!!

Hi Eric, I really appreciate your feedback and bringing this to my attention. The 15 seconds was because of a speech setting. I've changed the behavior in the latest build now 5 seconds is the new low for pause/rest and 3 sec for hangs. You can now set the hold time from 0 to 3 minutes with second intervals. Train at home, stay safe. Stevie

Very cool, stable and easy-to-use app. I own a YY Vertical Board One, making and customizing workouts takes little time once you've tried it.
