Not allowing me in ! Problems with password and access and now I cannot read my book. I have noot heard from customer service for 2 weeks. NOT satisfied.

This is a scam. They take your money, you can't read the book and it's impossible to recieve any customer service. I can't urge you enough to stay away!

too bad there are no chapters marks. that would make it easier for the book I am working on right now
