🔒 PRIVACY FIRST

In offline mode, all data stays on your device.

If remote features are enabled, only limited parental-control data is synced between your paired devices (tasks, completion status, approvals, and settings).

⚠️ ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE (REQUIRED FOR APP BLOCKING)

TaskLock uses Android Accessibility only to detect when a selected app is opened and display the lock screen.

TaskLock does NOT:

• Read screen content, messages, or passwords
• Monitor activity inside other apps
• Control or interact with other apps

This permission is required for real-time app blocking on many Android devices.

You can disable it anytime in Settings → Accessibility.
