Noise Reducer takes the fan, air conditioning, and traffic noise out of a
recording, and it does the whole job on your phone.

Pick an audio file. The app runs it through a noise-reduction model bundled
inside the app, then stacks the original and cleaned versions under one
shared playhead. Park the marker, play one, tap the other, and hear the same
second both ways before you decide what to keep.

Nothing is uploaded. There is no account, no sign-up, no credits, and no
per-minute limit. The app asks for no permissions at all.


HEAR BOTH VERSIONS BEFORE YOU SAVE

The original and cleaned waveforms sit one above the other under a single
playhead, so you can judge the same moment in both takes instead of guessing.
Save the result only once you have heard it.


REMOVES STEADY BACKGROUND NOISE

Fan hum, air conditioning, road noise, computer whir, and general room tone.
The voice stays, and the wash behind it drops away.


CUTS LONG PAUSES, IF YOU WANT

Tick one box, and every pause longer than two seconds is removed. The trim is
driven by the same voice detection that does the cleaning, not by a crude
volume gate, and the app tells you how much it took out.


NO LENGTH LIMIT

Audio is streamed through the filter rather than loaded into memory, so an
hour-long lecture is a question of free storage, not RAM. No queue, no daily
cap, no subscription.


WORKS IN FLIGHT MODE

The noise-reduction model ships inside the app. There is no server, no upload,
and no waiting.


ZERO PERMISSIONS

Not "we promise not to misuse access." The app declares no permissions at
all. Files reach it through the system file picker, and the cleaned file goes
back out through the system's own media store.

cleaned file is written as WAV and saved to your Downloads folder or sent

BEING STRAIGHT WITH YOU

This is a steady-noise reducer, so it is worth saying what it is not. It will
not remove one-off sounds like a door slamming, a cough, or a keyboard clack.
It will not rescue speech that is already unintelligible. It reduces noise;
it does not invent signal. It is not an editor: there is no recording, no
mixing, no manual trimming, no format conversion, and no batch processing. It
takes one audio file and gives you back one cleaner audio file.
