CircleUp replaces the in-person shift standup with short async video plus role-aware Q&A.

Managers record a quick video briefing. CircleUp transcribes it and, together with the files you upload (today's specials, the employee handbook, a new policy), lets every employee ask exactly what concerns them — and get an answer grounded in what you actually said.

• Declining the camera prompt on the record screen no longer leaves you stuck.
• Large images now get read by the assistant instead of failing, with a clear message on the rare one that can’t.
