Buggy. After taking my passport picture, the information it read wasn't all correct -- wrong name and country was not set. When i tried to edit, there is no text field for country and i can't proceed because i get an error that "country cannot be empty".

it was ok before but after update the app user experience is worst. Takes too long to open and can't pay electricity bills or make other payment.

This app was already terrible before, but this new update somehow made it even worse. It is completely broken now. I am constantly getting a java.lang.OutOfMemoryError and it cannot even fetch my basic NEA details anymore.
