Since yesterday I have been trying to access my APY account. But after entering PRAN number and clicking on 'Login' button it shows me error message "Error - User already logged in. Please try after 10 minutes". I did not even tried once since yesterday and therefore, error message seems to be wrong. Pls let me know.

Facing login issues for the last 3 days. Keeps showing ‘User already logged in. Please try after 10 minutes.’ Very poor app experience. I emailed NPS by Protean eGov, but even after 4-5 days, there has been no response and the issue is still unresolved. Neither the app works nor the support team replies. Shows investment amount in both Tier I and Tier II accounts as 0 in the app. Calling customer care was no help automated voice directions led to nowhere. This issue is with mobile app only as the investments appear correctly in holding statement from website. Unable to download statements from this app.
