Level system
We have developed a level system that extends from early pregnancy until you are possibly sufficiently recovered from childbirth to be able to train unhindered. By choosing a level, you will know that you will always receive suggestions for training sessions that suit you. Is the level getting too easy or hard? Change levels with a simple push of a button.
Practice bank
Not sure how to perform a certain movement? In the "exercise bank" you will find videos and detailed descriptions for all exercises!
Filtration
You can easily filter among the training sessions by choosing the desired length, focus area and what equipment you have available.
