The Nubu app is an intelligent personalized nutrition application, whose objective is to try to guide you and provide you with the tools to improve your health and well-being, progressively and sustainably over time. The loss of better will be a consequence.
It is based on science and is the result of the European research and innovation project Stance4Health. An ambitious project on the development of specific personalized nutrition tools, based on solid scientific evidence and knowledge from different fields such as nutrition, medicine, food science, microbiology, computer science and social sciences, which help people to improve their nutrition and well-being.
This app with unique functionalities and calculation bases will help you balance your diet while you learn from the wise advice of our owl. It will suggest menus based on your needs and tastes, which you can modify and, when you overeat, it will help you balance your diet again. You will be able to add your own recipes, see their nutritional information, as well as that of the products you find in the supermarket, learn about your tastes and even prepare your shopping list!
It is an application that adapts to you and your lifestyle. To your tastes, to your preferences regarding the number of meals per day, their composition and even the size of the portions. It understands that you have a treat, a social event, and that you may overeat, but it guides you to compensate and balance correctly so that your nutritional needs are met.
