Awful update. Having to move around the app just to pay my credit card is ridiculous. It was so much nicer just clicking on the account and having the pay option right there. Now you have to click on cards, click on the credit card, then pay. Then, when I try to make a payment I just get a loading wheel. Same thing when I try to "move" money. Loading wheel. This update is a downgrade.

I absolutely hate the constant changes to the app. Most are superficial and not even related to functionality. The latest update displays YOUR FULL NAME on the home page BEFORE you even get a chance to log in. It is a huge privacy violation if anyone happens to steals and/logs into my devices without my knowledge, especially for those who do not go by their legal name. Please change remove it!!

Way to spring this on us without warning. The app is cluttered and more difficult to navigate than the old one. None of my bill pay info carried over from the old app which is the most frustrating part. I have to enter all these accounts again manually. I am not getting texts alerts like I should. The one good thing is that now I can see and use my kids' accounts. Other than that the old addage applies "If it ain"t broke, don't fix it".
