Way to spring this on us without warning. The app is cluttered and more difficult to navigate than the old one. None of my bill pay info carried over from the old app which is the most frustrating part. I have to enter all these accounts again manually. I am not getting texts alerts like I should. The one good thing is that now I can see and use my kids' accounts. Other than that the old addage applies "If it ain"t broke, don't fix it".

I have had more sign in problems with this app then any other app EVER! I have had to go in the bank and ask them to help me (multiple times). The first time this happened (I've literally had sign in problems, access/lock out happen about 5-10 times in the last 6-8 years đ˘) the bank teller couldn't even figure out why and what was going on. I gave her my phone to help and she had to call upper management, after 1.5 hours fixed it. "Technical issue" they said. Temporary was good until it wasn't

Awful "upgrade"! The app is awkward. The dashboard is clumsy and poorly set up. From what I can tell there is no ability to customize the dashboard. I realized all this only after going through the whole registration process again to get logged in. I tried to transfer funds (at least 6 times) to another CU customer but it failed with every attempt. No good!
