This is one of worst pieces of garbage software that I have been forced to use, most uses I have to log in twice because it has issues. When ordering a gas refill there's a wasted graphic page that does nothing and I need to log in again if I want to know if it has been actioned. However, I'm forced to use it in order to get any information, I doubt they'll leave this up either.

This app was great, but now it won't load at all. Doesn't matter how long I wait, whether I reinstall the app and log in again, or whether I force close and reopen it. Nothing works. I can't give an app any more than a single star if it won't work at all. For an issue that was supposedly fixed in an update, I see no improvement. Edit: It partially works now. Not great, but somewhat fixed. only half the time it fails to load when I need it to.

I have tried a number of times to log in. All it does is says it can't process my request and that I must try later. I have uninstall it. Still the same. I have tried to log in somewhere else. Still the same. I have tried to contact Genesis. No response or answer. This has been going on non stop for the last month.
