Didn't take my complaint seriously, still unresolved. Something fishy about this app, sometimes it says "you are $20 behind" so I'll purchase a pack but the pack doesn't change the amount I'm behind but takes my money and everything. So I'll purchase a pack and it still says I'm $25 behind, it's just happened again today, was $13 behind purchase $20 pack, app still says $13 behind. No transparency on what I'm actually paying on power either which is misleading... Gonna have to change providers.

Don't recommend. I'm always ahead of my bills and until last month I always payed a month ahead. So I was more than surprised when I put in a meter reading myself and it gave me $1200 behind. Because of the low estimates. As painful as that is I can understand I've still used this power and it has to be paid for, but waking up this morning to the entire amount having been withdrawn at once and now an empty bank account. Couldn't have been a worse time. Thanks. I'm changing providers

It's great until it's not! Sometimes the notifications stop for some reason. Recently had temporary phone, didn't notify on new phone, when switched back, found signed out/notifications off on original phone! Sucks when you realise you've missed a bunch of specials... and power bill not stop great 😕 Also, if delay payment, can be confusing what you owe vs what you've "bought". Luckily refunded massive over-purchase fairly easily.
