I have been with powershop for 12 years and now im looking for another company. I really dislike the new $per day where it used to be units perday it doesnt tell you how much your actually using or buying anymore.
@powershop why are you not listening to your customer feedback? the change from units to per day is frustrating. If you want to introduce per day - why not show both??!!
I strongly agreed with other comments, new system is very confusing, you can't hide units usage form customer
It's very user friendly. Could have some other features as the website (charts)..
Nothing wrong with the app, but... I agree with other comments here about the change to less transparent pricing. In fact I haven't brought a power up since the change. Looking to move to another provider because of it. Frankly I hate this type of obfuscation. You have until my Pre paid purchases run out to add the option for absolute pricing again or you've lost me to another vendor.
Enough. I was waiting too long to get the old system back. It's not only that they change the system. Even the deals are much less then the first year.... It's time to find another provider. Thanks, for the first year.
