Required to send you Push notifications for things like new powerpack special is available, meter reading reminders, Autopayment and Autopurchase reminder, etc.

not sure what has happened to the app. I can no longer see all the future purchased balances. it only displays until the current billing cycle. I made so many months in advance and I have no visibility of that anymore. your chat service is dumb, after all the chatting it just tells me to email my query. today I received a txt asking me to check my email and acc. I logged into the app . shows low balance but I topped up last week to be months in advance. seems like the topups are not updating.

Used to be great, easy to use now it needs you to login, yet if you need to reset your password it won't send anything to your email. Classic kiwi run company, take something that works and then change it for unclear reasons most likely due to some penny pinching maneuver.

suddenly stopped working, logged me out of my account, and took all my future packs away that I had prepayed, which were half my bills for the next 6 months. then no way to contact them, no email, just an 0800 number that had me on hold for over e4min before I hung up. very poor service and ultimately a ripoff.
