Great app! Works well, I can do my claims right there and it lists benefits I didn't even realise I had.
Been using the app from the first release, keeps getting better with every update, makes submitting claims quick and easy.
App is broken and cannot make claims. After spending what feels like hours populating data then finally clicking submit claim there is an error saying to check connection. But i have internet connectivity.
App doesn't work - won't log in due to connection issues (it's the app not my connection). Pointless if it won't work, get it fixed!
Last updae hasn't worked..... Unable to access the app keeps telling me I'm offline so unable to put any claims in needs to be fixed asap pleass
Installation went well. App reports that I am not connected to the internet even though I am. Tried both in WiFi and mobile data. Tried app on a different smartphone with same problem of no connection to internet.
