It would be great if I could include information about my Total Mobility Card as this changes what I have to pay. It's quite common for people who regularly need taxi service. It's not clear if I will be paying extra by paying by card which you do when you use this method in the taxi. It would be greateven just to have an option to select TM and enter my ID number manually

Hi Penny, we know there’s significant demand for this and want to offer it. Total Mobility is an initiative run by local Councils. We need to liaise with each individually to implement it, so that will take some time. Please bear with us! ^CH

After updates, restarted my phone and on restart got notified this app was having issues starting. Why? I hadn't opened it. Why should it be background running? Won't run even when I want it to, just crashes.

August 2024 update. Works better. But you can't pre book a cab from Auckland Airport. Even if you select the taxi collection point, it won't accept the booking. Dec 2023 update. Now that it's the blue bubble taxi app, I've updated from 1 to 2 stars. It's OK as it goes but very bare bones. No option to pre-book for future taxis which IMHO is a major oversight. No ability to contact any kind of help/support either. No ability to add multiple stops. Better, but needs work. ‐----‐---------------
