There is a suggestion I will make that would increase my rating to 5 stars.The timing between exercises is too short for a senior person like myself ,to get into position,for next exercise I constantly am putting the app on pause then restarting when in position

Thanks John! There's a "Delay Between Exercises" setting you can adjust: Go to Settings > Exercise Options, or tap the settings icon on any routine screen before starting. You can set delays up to 60 seconds. If you can't locate this option, please contact us via email - we're happy to walk you through it step-by-step!

I love how easy this app is to use and how I can target specific areas or complete a full body stretch in one session. I also love that it has a timer, reminders, and it's very affordable! Highly recommend!!

The app has realistic goals and images, the exercises and tips are well understandable, although you need to pause the session to read the tips. my criticism is that the developers should display the stance tips before commencing the countdown to ensure smooth flow of a session and to avoid confusion for newbies like myself. asides from that the app is wonderful
