Ratings and reviews

I used to like it and try and spend my money in it for the cashback but changing to one rewards was the worst decision ever. Also no other offers that I can see. Barely use it anymore.

It's a good idea, but the app has some issues and can feel a bit clunky sometimes. For example if you deny it access to your contacts and then try to pay money to a contact the app won't ask you for permission it will just act like nothing happened. It bothers me that the savings account has no withdrawal limit so you can just hoe into your savings whenever you like. Doesn't that defeat the purpose of a savings account.

It was good for a while, but now it's no good. They followed the streaming platform business model where they lure you in with a good deal, then over time the deal gets worse. The difference is, that this is a finance app, and there's no incentive to stay. That said, their support staff are really great, and I wish them all the best! Also note: Kernel offers better interest returns with no account fees, and TSB Platinum does 1% cashback uncapped and not limited to One NZ (but a $90 ann. fee).
