I had to restart the application twice because the app wipes my data if I don't complete the whole application within 20 minutes or so. I finally got ready to pay, entered 3 different credit cards, and none would go through. I just kept hitting the pay button and nothing happened!! Edit: Looks like the app is under maintenance now. Hopefully the issues are fixed when I try again tomorrow. 🤞 EDIT AGAIN: YAY! It works now! Thank you for patching.

When running the app, it's not really clear how to scan the passport page. I failed several times before I realized that I had to line up the marked area with the bottom of the passport page. Only when I received the email confirmation, I realized that the number was completely mis-scanned. Only the last two digits were correct. The app doesn't offer an option to check the information later, only to delete the record.

This is the single worst written app I've ever used. As an Android developer, I've worked with thousands of apps. Most requests fail in the app so you have to retry them. But retries also fail so you have to reopen from the launcher. Also, no data gets saved between attempts. So you have to start over from scratch only to fail to finish the process ever. NZeTA should find a different company to work on it.
