Very bad experience overall, signed up for new fiber connection, they took 1 day to send someone for installation he said my area is not under his service from then on i have been calling with no response somedays there helpline number is not reachable then i went to their office, he also says its not Awasr's problem so i cancelled the order in total wasted 5 days and rude employee at office

Actually it is very very worst network I ever used. I got 1 year contract fiber wifi internet. 4 months completed. I have shifted to another location. I register for location change. local contractor contacted me for showing old and new location. they disconnect wifi and 15omr for connecting new house,cabling done but still not connected and they told still waiting for one material. this 7 days no internet service at my new house. still the contractor don't know when he will get the material.bad

The office staff were rude and uncooperative, outright refusing to provide a termination letter and showing no willingness to help unless money was involved — even when the issue was clearly technical and on their side. Despite multiple visits, submission of the signed termination form, and repeated follow-ups, they have failed to disconnect our internet service.
