It is a very useful tool to determine your health situation, tracking and keeping your records. However, there's a delay in getting your updated health information prior to visiting a doctor.

they should change the software. Unfortunately, this app is not helpful at all. After entering all my details, it said wrong information. it didn't deserve any star I giving 1 in order to post & pass my comment l.

The Shifa app is an excellent step forward for healthcare in Oman. Having instant access to my lab results, prescriptions, and medical history in one place is incredibly convenient. However, there is still a gap for improvement regarding app stability and the speed of the family/dependents profile switching. If these performance issues are addressed, it will be a perfect 5-star tool
