Ratings and reviews

It is a very useful tool to determine your health situation, tracking and keeping your records. However, there's a delay in getting your updated health information prior to visiting a doctor.

The Shifa app is an excellent step forward for healthcare in Oman. Having instant access to my lab results, prescriptions, and medical history in one place is incredibly convenient. However, there is still a gap for improvement regarding app stability and the speed of the family/dependents profile switching. If these performance issues are addressed, it will be a perfect 5-star tool

I am very happy with the app, with the exception that Al Nadha visits are not showing in my records or history. All other health institutes are showing. I have informed Al Nadha several times about this problem. Also how to delete a health clinic that is no longer used, such as Al Khuwair which became a skin clinic? Now when we receive a visit link for feedback it goes to the app but there is no questionnaire like before. please fix your bugs!!
