Ratings and reviews

The Shifa app is an excellent step forward for healthcare in Oman. Having instant access to my lab results, prescriptions, and medical history in one place is incredibly convenient. However, there is still a gap for improvement regarding app stability and the speed of the family/dependents profile switching. If these performance issues are addressed, it will be a perfect 5-star tool

It's not aggression to write my personal positive impressions of an excellent medical and admin staff. They really dealt with us with extra accepting standard. The opthalmology Dr., reflectionist as well nurses, pharmacist and others staff where highly polite and helpful. my heartiest regards to all staff.

after adding dependant(s), switching user is not working. The app asks for PIN code although nothing is received by sms indicating pin code/OTP
