1- Self Appointments Booking :
Create, reschedule and cancel your appointments.
2- Virtual Appointments :
You will receive notifications in Shifa app if you have Virtual
Appointments and you have to confirm your attendance by
clicking on Ready Button to enable doctors to start the call
between you and your doctor.

- Blood Donations :
Check out your blood donation history.

- Chats :
Doctors can initiate chat with you and activate and restrict the reply to the chat.

- Downloads & Print :
Print, download and share your sick leave.

Assalamualaikkum service everything very good. Must value the time of patients like me so many woman need pregnancy time is very precious for us me 42 now trying to pregnancy gaving appointments 3 months 4 month what we do all test want to repeat the period we are waiting no medication and no start any medicin after 4 month we go finish time of all test repeat and wait for other appointments. Please it's my request like we people please age going on and risk is high. Thank you very much for all

Sometimes the data are incomplete. Some lab.result cannot be viewed.

It's impressive to finally see a progress in medical records, however it's still need improvement as not all records are registered. Eg. I attended the clinic on 17th March 2024 and its not recorded, yet my attendance of 6th march and 20th march 2024 are recorded.
