Cannot sign into account as OTP is never received. Disappointing app. Edit 27/05/2024: Negative, please share with your technical team that the issue has not been fixed. I still do not receive OTP despite having reinstalled the app and restarting my phone multiple times. Please consider rolling back to the previous working version whilst your team works on the bug fixes. Edit 09/06/2024: Still do not receive OTP and, therefore, can not access my account. The app remains broken and unusable. Sad!

I cannot activate a free subscription to the osn application. After many attempts and calls to Call Center, they did not find any solution to solve the problem. I want to ask those responsible for developing the application to solve the problem of the disappearance of free subscriptions provided with Viber for home internet.

I am not able to see my account balance and invoice of last month, always showing as " We couldn't reconnect to our servers! Please refresh screen or return later" for last 10 days. Please resolve this and the payment done at Ooredoo not updated still.
