I have postpaid having 50 mnts international calls (all countries) included in the package. When the minutes finished and I asked for another 50 international mnts voice call( Add on ) the customer service says you cannot get an add on like this. I think Ooredoo should think about it. Omantel is providing 180 minutes international ( all countries) for 5 rial in Baqati postpaid

recently the app takes forever to load and most of the time shown as down for maintenance, why we do so much of maintenance

Trash , I cannot add my other number. I put the right OTP , but always say wrong
