The worst thing is dealing with the call center. They can’t do anything, and even when you raise a complaint, they ask you to visit an Ooredoo office. What’s the point of being a leading telecom company if customers still have to visit an office and complete things on paper instead of having them handled through the system? This is very frustrating and inconvenient for customers. A modern telecom company should have a more efficient and customer-friendly process.

bad service, I think there is a scam operation inside, they said we didn't pay for 2 months when in fact we didn't miss the payment due, they were complicated, the local staff said they needed the print out from bank statement and the we did print it out but what they want is from the stamp of bank Muscat, they have very poor service,,

very bad data network service earlier it was very good but now a days very poor data network, I am using ooredoo network since more than 20 years in oman and now disappointed, thinking to switch another network provider all are better than ooredoo.
