The app is nice but when I go out from a room into another room, I don't see anything other than the fonts and no video image... the screen turns white and it has slow scrolling too... touch twice or 3times before I can scroll up or down

I really like the app but after the first use of the app now it will not open at all so I gave permissions and still will not open. please tell me what is wrong... like I said I do like the app but if it won't work I'll have to remove it. seriously it still won't open at all.
