usually am not someone that uses dating app, but I subscribed to the premium package of these app based on the reviews I was seeing here, but surprisingly what I subscribed for was not what I got, they keep blocking people that newly liked me so that I won't connect with them, I have verified twice and suddenly they removed my verification status all these just to eliminate the chances of connecting with people, that's very unfair and evil. after I paid for it these is what I get.

I purchased 50 sparks but everytime I try to send a spark it is forcing me to purchase a pack for 6 months. now, I am not even able to chat with customer executives for my solution. waste of money. app looks good but asking too much money

I'm having trouble using the app. I can launch the app and it goes to the title screen. I click login with Google at the bottom, the screen dims for a bit and then doesn't do anything. it's just stuck there. I've tried to turn my phone off and on again. freed up space. updated my phone. nothing works.
